Great product. Make sure you turn the microwave turntable off. I do 60 sec., turn the pad and do another 45 sec. The reward is a perfectly hot pad that fits great across the back of my neck. It really helps with the pain. I like them so much, I have two of them. Highly recommend.

This works very well. Heat only lasts about 20 minutes, but that is how long you’re suppose to apply heat. The moist heat is so much better than just a regular heating pad. There is a weird smell when you heat this up in the microwave, but I spray some febreeze on it after heating it or even put a few drops of essential oil and it’s much better. The weight of it make it feel like it is really getting the entire sore area.

Very good product easy to heat in the microwave. They’re very comfortable. It holds the heat for quite a while. Good for anyone who needs relief for hot or cold wrap

This heat/ice pad. It is so soft and it is so flexible and it comes with a little bag so you can take it with you outside the home. I would totally recommend this. It works wonderfully heats up. Great I’ve not used it with ice yet as I prefer the heat❤️

This are not bad, although should have a higher neck; but we have order more than one, and some are not filled evenly, the side of one had halve the fill than should be.

I was having tension headaches for about two weeks and after four days of using this product twice a day, I am in MUCH better shape. Pretty much no headache. But I have enjoyed the little ritual of warming it up and wrapping it around my neck so much that I think I might just continue. The lavender smell is subtle, which I prefer.
