I used their website to return my necklace i just got in august, along with Amazon Id and tracking #. I emailed 5x and called multiple times. Now the $70 necklace i bought is gone, no response, no one answers their phone. Even when the website states they will get back to you in 24 hours. Don’t believe this. I originally thought it was worth the money if it was under warranty! But even after the clasp broke within 2 months, I’m not seeing the value especially now without any response

The clasp was tight and hard to open in the beginning but once worn into a few times, it became more manageable to open. True to size but looks better on thicker wrists. Very solid and true to the gold color in the image.

Love it. The fit is perfect, the bracelet is gorgeous.

Ordered it for hubby. He loves the look & size but beginning to see gold plated has worn off in some spot underside closest to the skin. I bought 2 years warranty. Not sure what to do at this point.

So the quality of the jewelry appears great, but I had a couple of issues with fading after a while. However, the company is rock solid with the customer service. They really replaced it and sent me a new one very quickly. Haven’t had any issues with the replacement yet and would recommend lifetime for gold plated jewlery

I think this bracelet looks great. I haven't noticed any significant scratches after about a month of daily wear. The only thing i don't like about this piece is if you live in a humid climate or sweat at all, your wrist will turn green. Sadly this is a deal breaker for me. It's unfortunate because i really like it otherwise.
