Tastes nothing like pasta but easy to eat as you cover it in sauce . Great way to save calories and filling

I tried different types of konjac noodles and these ones are my favourite so far. Make sure you add extra seasoning to your sauce. And DO NOT try them on their own as it'll put you off. They need to be cooked with a sauce, otherwise it's not tasty.

I bought these on the request of a friend who has always had trouble keeping her weight under control. She really enjoys pasta dishes but even looking at them somehow causes her to gain 2 stone. She has tried a lot of diets in the past but none of them stuck as when she gets hungry she often blanks out and awakens to find an empty pizza box in front of her.This slim pasta seems to have solved a lot of these problems though. By replacing her regular pasta with this stuff she doesn't feel like she's missing out on her favourite foods and she also doesn't feeling like she's starving herself, but she is consuming far fewer calories than she would with regular pasta. The slim pasta fills her up so she isn't tempted to cheat and she's really enjoying having it as part of her routine. As a result she has been able to stick with the change very easily, and her weight is finally beginning to move downwards. More importantly she also seems to have more energy and has started to incorporate a little exercise into her routine, something she would never have voluntarily done before. I'm thrilled my friend has finally found something that works for her and that she's becoming happier and healthier.I would say if you're struggling with your weight it's definitely worth giving this pasta a try to see if it helps you. It has certainly been a real help to my friend and she plans to keep it in her diet permanently as a replacement for the regular stuff. They are quite expensive, but my friend was previously spending quite a bit on takeaways, so she's actually saving money by getting the slim pasta instead. Obviously that might not be the same for everyone, but for her they are definitely good value for money despite the cost.

About the most awful thing I have ever tried. Smell is awful, no taste and it was like chewing gum in texture. I am on a Keto so have tried many substitutes. This ranks amongst the worst. Even my dog would not eat it.

Overall this pack is fine. If you're trying to lose weight these konjac products are a very decent carrier for sauces- they don't taste of anything and they're very filling, looks comforting on the plate. The reason I can't give a higher rating is because of the 'penne' offering. Nothing can prepare you for how awful they are, it just doesn't work unless you like chewing luke warm rubbery tubes of fat made of water, that's as accurately as I can describe them, most unpleasant. Much better saving your money and just buying batches that don't include them. My other pack of 'penne' will be heading straight for the bin with the half a portion I wasn't able to finish. I suggest the company does the same with their 'penne' abomination.

This is a good product if you are trying to loose weight on a low carb diet, not quite the same as regular pasta as they do have more of a crunch when you bite it it. Not much flavour but alright with a good sauce also it needs to be washed well as it has a slight odour

Easy to cook, fills you up great for trying to lose a bit of weight

Impressed with the spaghetti.No carbs and works just as well as spaghetti with carbs.
