This works so well I was convinced I was in a dream at work the next day. I struggle with a sensitive stomach and my tummy handled this well. I also like that it's a powder so you can build up your tolerance. Love this magnesium.

So happy with the decision to get this! It dissolves perfectly, tastes slightly odd just in water but I mix it with lime, water and stevia and it works perfectly for a tasty relaxing drink!
