Bought this product originally for Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction. If you are struggling with PSSD or ED I would strongly recommend this product. It helps with stamina as well. I feel like people think it's a taboo subject but if someone is struggling I want to be the one to say it, give this product a shot if you want to go all natural. Also I in the beginning I was taking one with breakfast and one with dinner. This provided me with a pep in my my step. Gave me energy and allowed me to not feel lethargic throughout the entire day. I had a hard time drinking caffeine with it as my heart rate got a bit too high. So I kicked caffeine guys. That is right no more coffee and no more horrible energy drinks. I was having one a day. I feel it also helped me shed a few pounds. I recommend to my sister and she said it helps her sleep better. Give it a monthes trial and see what it can do for you.

I had been using the NutriGold ashwagandha product for several months and was very happy with the results. However, I couldn't find it on amazon, and am generally too lazy to go to other websites to purchase things that I can get on amazon. I reviewed the information about this product and selected it because it's organic, the company has high manufacturing and purity standards and good information on the product. The NutriGold product I had been using claimed to have the highest level of active ingredient available, but the Banyan ashwagandha has been working just fine for me. I take it in the evening specifically to help me sleep, which it does. In fact, I think the Banyan product works even better than NutriGold. I highly recommend this formulation if you're looking for a quality ashwagandha. One more comment related to ashwagandha in general: I needed something to help me sleep and spent a lot of time researching supplement options. I landed on this one and found it worked. I had been using it for several months when I went to see a naturopath about some other issues. When I told her that I had been taking ashwagandha, she was both surprised and impressed. She said it's a great overall health tonic and has many benefits and encouraged me to continue using it. I knew this from the research I'd done, but was mainly focused on the sleep issue. It's hard to know if it's related directly related to the ashwagandha, but I've barely been sick since I've started taking it, and I travel a lot and have a stressful job -- used to always get sick. She did say to take a break from it now and then, which I do. But couldn't imagine not having it available.
