I was reading reviews and one said that it works great for sensitive people - those who have bad reactions to prescription meds etc. I am one of those people. It can be incredibly frustrating because I just want to go to the doctor and take meds without worry but I’m too sensitive to most and have lots of reactions. Might be worth noting I have MCAS which may contribute, I don’t know for sure though. But when I read the review that had someone sensitive like me having a good experience I immediately purchased. These do work for me! Very happy, ordered more.

This is another good item that I recommend! These work well and the price is right. I only had one issue and that was how it was packed. It was shipped in a box with Very Heavy cat litter, and movement of the litter crushed the box. The pills were fine and undamaged though. Thank goodness! It needed More Protection from the Very Heavy box of litter. Maybe a "separated section" made with more cardboard so that smaller items don't get crushed that way. I will start off by saying, this item has helped me quite a bit with my recent stress due to the election, the fallout of it ect. And I can generally recommend it with a few * . It should be noted, this ISN'T an antidepressant or full on anxiety medicine from a doctor. It's more similar to something that lets you get through the day, and even then, depending on the stress or anxiety levels it might not even do that well. First off, it says you can take up to 6 pills a day, and while that is true, I never seen a major difference between taking 2 at a time or 1 at a time. You can probably get away with only taking about 3 a day if you want to conserve the pills. (Though they give you a decent amount for each pack) When you first take it, you will actually feel a rush of anxiety, before it slowly soothes. It less completely get rid of negative thoughts or worries, and more kind of pushes them to the side, still allowing them to crop up from time to time. It's pretty value efficient though, only $9 without shipping costs, and if you hold back with your uses, it will probably last you between 20-25 days per pack. I take mine about every 4 hours, from the moment I wake up, at lunch and right before dinner. It usually is enough to keep me going most days, but it is NOT a cure all. Unless you can remove the source of your anxiety (Which might not be possible) it can only help soothe. Its easy to use, just take it on the onset of symptoms or in a cycle. From what I can tell the effects DO help reduce day by day worries too. However, it never really helped with my irritation or anger, (But that may be because I never took them on the outset of those feelings) Over all, it's something useful to tie you over either until you find a more solid solution to your situation or until you get something far stronger. But for the price I think that is fair.

Very very interesting. Let me start off by saying - these will NOT work for everyone! They only work for people w/ hypersensitive cholinergic/adrenergic profile (common in people who respond dramatically to tiny doses of anticholinergics or sympatholytics). But that’s a LOT of people. Basically, these ingredients are deadly poisons at less than one molecule, just an imprint. They cause sensitive people to react to the sensed poison with relaxing GABA, endorphins, etc. and cause absolutely no real threat. The response that sensitive groups notice, is they feel more calm. They 100% work for me they’re amazing and I take them almost every night to wind down. Comparable to Hydroxyzine but they don’t make you groggy. 70% stress = gone. Poof. 💨 (At this price? Buy it. It’s with figuring out if they work for you. If not? Oh well you’re out 5 bucks.)

I tried these tablets hoping they would ease my daily stress. They do seem to help me feel a bit calmer, but the effect is pretty mild. Easy to take and no bad taste, but I didn’t notice a major change overall.

I used to take this brand for energy help years ago when I was in my twenties. I don’t know why I haven’t tried again until now. I’ve had a very low quality of sleep for years especially after working night shifts in a very stressful environment. I’m on a health journey in my mid forties but if I can’t get quality sleep it makes that difficult. I’ve been taking these for the past four days and every night I have had no problem falling asleep without a sleep aide and staying in a deep REM state of sleep. My body feels absolutely relaxed when laying down instead of feeling like I’m bracing for something. This is already having such a good effect on me during the day, I’m feeling less frazzled and fatigued. So glad I tried these again! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

If you have a lot of stress or anxiety, this is not the solution. I didn't really see any changes.
