This has been a game changer in our restaurant. It’s easy to mount although we have it sitting on a shelf nearby the cook station. Very easy to reprogram the buttons as needed. Even during power outages, the buttons retain their pre-program settings several cooks who didn’t use them previously are now trusting the settings and using the timers as well no more burnt food. Adjusting the noise level is very easy and self-explanatory. We set hours on the middle level, which is perfect for an open kitchen, where customers are within an earshot. I highly recommend as this is a must have for any kitchen.
