It is a great product to use

I bought this to use in malt milkshakes. I read an article a long time ago that to make great malt milkshakes, use Non-Diastatic Barley Malt Powder. Not malted milk powder or anything like that. Basically, you put a few scoops of good vanilla ice cream in a large cup (or blender), pour milk until it floats the ice cream (or less if you want it less soup), squeeze good chocolate syrup in (as much as you want), then add a few heaping spoons-full of the malt powder, and blend. If you have a milkshake blender, even better! I just use an emulsion stick blender and blend it right into a metal cocktail shaker. The more malt powder, the tastier, but too much and it gets gritty.

I use it to make my own malted milk powder. I'm lactose intollerant and wanted some lactose free malted milk powder. So I mix it with lactose free whole millk powder (also from Amazon). Makes fantastic malts! As good if not better than the premade stuff.

Excellent results with my bagels. I usually buy from King Arthur flour but they have been out of stock for longer than usual. This product had a robust aroma and color. I will continue to buy this product.

I make our cream of wheat from fresh ground wheat berries but kinda missed the 'Malt-O-Meal' i grew up eating. A teaspoon of this is the pot every morning solve that problem. Delicious!
