I miss my OOaahs
I am a long-time OOahh fan. They changed my walking life with their comfort and shock absorption. But now I am confused -- what happened? They look the same but fit and feel different. Feel-wise, they are stiffer, having lost that spongy soft cushion. Still, I would use them in their stiffer incarnation if it weren't for the fit. The top two straps just aren't wide enough. They squeeze my foot. I had to force my toes through, just to the end of the straps to start with. After several hours, the material stretched enough for my toes to reach the normal position at the front of the sandals. But the sideways compression on my foot was still just too much. I could see my veins puffing up, blood unable to flow past the straps. I have wrestled with keeping the sandals, maybe cramming various objects under the straps to expand them more. That might work. But I am unconvinced. If anyone else is having the same experience (and it looks like there are), I'd love to hear a solution. Especially because I know of no other sandals to turn to. I've own many over my life, but none come close to the OOahhs I have owned and worn for years. Not sure where to turn without these. Again, maybe others have found good alternatives. I do have larger feet, wide and size 14 men's. Perhaps I was not born to wear shoes of any kind. Help!

Good for tender feet
Very comfortable, but your foot needs to be moved side by side when sliding your feet in, if you wear socks. The soft material grabs your socks!

Look good, but don't fit :(
I bought these per my podiatrist's recommendation. They look sturdy and supportive, but my foot wouldn't fit in the strap. Also, the length of my 14s looked barely long enough to fit my BA feet. If OOFOS made a wide version, I'd order a size larger. In the meantime, these are getting sent back.

My feet are happy
I live Oofos. They are great for my feet and my planter fasciitis. I have a pair for the house, a pair for outside, and a pair for the beach and pool.

Not "True to size" if you have wide feet
I bought these to wear at the end of the day when there's no more work to be done. I do not have particularly wide feet (EE). Do yourself a favor. If you have wide feet or need a wide toe box, order at least one size, maybe two, larger. This is my third pair of these sandals. For the first, I followed Amazon's advice: "Order usual size" (12). No. The fit was so tight I couldn't stand wearing them for more than a few minutes. There's a little elasticity in the "strap", so a little stretch, but the compression causes the bones in the ball of my foot to grind together. And I can't walk in them because the right sandal rotates counterclockwise a little more with each step (probably because my right foot is slightly larger than my left). If I want to keep it on my foot, I have to step on the heel every third step or so to straighten it up. Then I ordered a size up (13), thinking the toe box one size up would be large enough. No. I could wear them for longer, but even when at my desk, i.e., not standing so no weight on my feet, I had to take them off after an hour or so because of the constant compression. Then I ordered two sizes up. This is as large as I can go. They fit loosely, which is good, and there's no compression. I can scuff my feet on the floor when one or the other sandal starts to slip off my foot (there's no heel strap). I'm leaving this review so that anyone with a wider foot gains the benefit of my experience.
