Wish directions were more clear for second phase. In the second phase, can you move ANY of your tiles? or does it have to be on an outer edge?

According to their play directions on YouTube, it’s supposed to be the last tile you played. But we play “house rules” & move any of the outer edge tiles of our color.

Does this game come in additional colors so that more than 4 people can play at once?
