I bought this on offer during Black Friday and it's terrific value for money. It was intended for the conservatory on chilly days but has been pressed into action this week when my boiler failed. It warmed the rooms I used it in without needing the higher power settings. It looks good in black and is easy enough to move around the house. The only gripe is the cable storage system which is next to useless. No matter how the cable is wound it always leaves the plug dangling on the floor. I didn't buy it for its cable storage so it still warrants 5 stars from me.

I bought this black ANSIO oil filled radiator to heat our conservatory with the colder nights coming in and I must say, first impressions have been excellent.A quick bit of assembly to attached the rollers and we were good to go. It heats up very quickly and the simple controls make adjusting the temperature and setting the timer very straightforward. The remote control doesn't look the best as it is a generic unit with an 'ANSIO' sticker placed on it at a jaunty angle which I'm sure is deliberate(??) but it works perfectly and thats the main thing. I'm sure in time and with deserved increased sale the remote can be looked at the improve its aesthetics.We have a fairly average sized conservatory and this little heater can have it very warm in a matter of minutes and force us to turn the heating down whens its on maximum within the hour. Great for drying clothes at far less cost than using gas central heating in the main house as well which is a great help.This review is my own honest opinion and I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a compact, stylish oil filled heater for your home. Works like a charm. It's very powerful, being able to warm up a medium sized room in just minutes.Very easy to use. Just set it at desired room temperature and it will keep the air nice and warm. It's more economical to keep it running nonstop, for as long as you're in the room, instead of switching it on and off periodically. There are various guides that you can find online, that will teach you exactly how to properly run an electric radiator, in order to keep the electric bill on the low, while also keeping your room nice and cozy. It's worth mentioning that the radiator will only truly consume energy for just a few minutes per hour, while it's working to bring the temperature back up to your desired value, after it drops slightly under. The rest of the time, it'll just sit idle, monitoring the temps around it and only kicking in when needed.Some useful features that this unit has are the thermostat, the built-in timer, display screen and the ECO mode button, that'll help you save even more on energy.However, before resorting to an electrical radiator, it'll make a huge difference making sure that your room is well insulated. Some good tips would be using Windows sealant tape to close the gaps around the windows and also Windproof door sealing strip to prevent the warm air from escaping through under the door. The better the insulation, the more efficient your radiator will be and also less money literally thrown "out your window".As a conclusion, I'm happy with this product and it really is the perfect solution if your room or office isn't as cozy as you normally prefer it.

Had this for a week now and use it to heat my office in the garden which is 5m x 3m and does the job perfectly. I set it to 22 degrees on eco mode and it silently does it’s thing all day.Good points:Heats quickly and retains the heat for a long time.The remote control is a nice addition.The LCD makes everything really simple and easy to use and the functions are straight forward.Looks good in black.Very quiet and haven’t noticed any clicking or banging as it heats or cools.Bad points:If you need a timer for it to turn on and off at a set time each day don’t buy this. You have two options with the timer: if it’s off then how long before you want it to turn on (in hours) and when it’s on how long before you want it to off (in hours). Setting one of these cancels the other so this is not a smart device and I found it a bit misleading to say this has a timer. If you need it turn on at a set time each morning you’d have set it each day by working out how many hours in the future that would be and set it when you turn it off. This effectively renders the timer useless.Shame as in every other way this is an outstanding product.

Love this! It looks stylish and heats up pretty large spaces for such a compact heater:Doesn’t take up a lot of space, has wheels so easy to move around and position. Easy to set up and use - instructions are simple.I live in the countryside in an old stone building (draughty) and it gets down to -14 degrees at times. This little beast heats up my living room (5m x 4m) perfectly!I had also previously bought a large infrared heater for more than double the price of this which made no difference whatsoever and was a complete waste of money! This is brilliant though!!

Very straightforward to attach wheels and get it set up. No timer which is not an issue for me as I have a timer plug anyway but may be for some who want to set it to automatically switch on and off. Didn't have temperatures marked on the dial so the thermostat is really just hotter or colder. But also not a problem for me I found a comfortable level within a day. Terrific heater, looks very smart and gets my office room toasty warm in 30 mins max for very little electricity (about 10p at today's prices) and then thermostat does a good job keeping the temperature steady. Simple product without bells and whistles but seems well-made and does its job well.
