Does Not Wash Off Waterproof Make Up
Washing my foundation off was fine, but this did not remove my waterproof eye make up. Instead it smeared it around and gave me panda eyes! I tried to use a micellar water to see if the gel had at least helped to dissolve the waterproof make up, thinking 'perhaps I didn't rinse my face well enough so the micellar water may wipe the extracts away', but sadly not.Very disappointed. I'm sorry, I don't like to leave bad reviews, however the product was not as described AT ALL.
