My favorite company for my prepping items.
When I'm in the market for our long term storage items this is the company we go to and have for years. We have eaten this food and it is delicious. This cheese is so good in soups. Casseroles, and chil( my favorite).I don't care if you live on the coast or in the mountains mother nature can suddenly hit hard and cause an unexpected calamity. It is always best to be prepared. "Hope for the best but prepare for the worst! " My family lived through Hurricane Michael and the only food available was when the military came by with MRE's. It was frightening to know you might not be able to find another meal. We lived 10 miles out. No stores were open because most were destroyed and we quickly went through what we had on hand. NEVER AGAIN!We will be ready next time by insuring we have at least 30 days worth of food available to us. This food is long term storage and good up to 30 years. Every month I add to our stock pile. Sometimes it might only be a couple of cans if that's all the budget allows for but when I can I purchase as much as I can with confidence that the food safe and delicious.

Very Suprised! VERY Good
I was on the fence in getting the cheese, but after reading a couple real reviews I got one. The shreds where a normal size for me. Tasted good right out of the can. Rehydrated tasted just a tad milder than store bought. But worked great melted on top of sandwiches or as a grilled cheese. Added them to breakfast burritos to.Kinda pricey but worth a shot.

So good to snack right out of the can...
I have bought this pepper jack cheese twice now. The first can I open just to see if it was any good and ended up eating it all by just snacking right out of the can. It has a crunchy texture and mild peppery (very mild for me) taste. The second can I bought to store for a rainy day, but ended up opening it and once again snacking straight from the can. I did add water to dehydrate some towards the end of the can and it dehydrated well, like you would buy from the grocery store. Hopefully the third can for go for a rainy day!

Great taste
To be honest, I love the taste of this so much I eat it dry as a snack. When rehydrated, it’s also a wonderful addition to add to mac & cheese—gives it an extra flavor boost.

on time, haven't openedd it yet
I assume all Nutristore products are as good as the couple I have tried. This can arrived and was wrapped in bubble wrap inside the shipping box. The manufacturer has never let me down with their products.I heartily endorse this, without even trying it yet.
