I have a garage gym. This attaches to the pull up bar on a squat rack. This can be used top down with the pulley up on the bar and pulling the weight down. You can also attach the cable to the bar with the straps and put the pulley on the floor bear the weights and pull them up. Not as awesome as a pulley machine, but if you already have weights and a pull-up bar, this is a great addition for a low price that gets a close result for a fraction of the price. If you want to do tricep push downs, face pulls, sing arm chest flys, etc…. this works.

Great addition to my home gym. I really like that this product attaches to my dumbbells and kettlebells since I don’t own any plates. The straps seem very durable and the cable pulley piece seems like it’s made of quality steel. Highly recommended and doesn’t take up a lot of space
