Pork Scratchings are made from a different rind, and cooked once. Typically they are quite hard to bite. Our products are Pork Crackling - we used a different rind, which is more expensive, and we cook our product twice. This gives a nice crunch, without fear of loosing your teeth, but slightly more supple than Scratchings.
