I was excited to hang these chimes on my deck. They are delicate, attractive, with a very pleasant sound. Unfortunately they do not hold up to a brisk wind.I recommend purchase if placed in a light to mild breeze space.

Coming from someone who buys a lot of things online and through Amazon, I was very pleasantly surprised when my windchime bell arrived in my mailbox before expected delivery, was pleased to see it had been packaged carefully and with more than adequate padding (it is very delicate so this was good to see), it came with a note saying who to contact if the product arrived damaged which I found thoughtful, but the best and most unexpected of all was that when I opened the packaging (which in itself is a great little box excellent to be re-used for future gift giving) I was delighted to find a hand-written thank you card addressed to me personally. This personal touch really made me smile and I would definitely recommend this company (Acever International (Asia) Co. Limited) for future purchases. They really know how to make the customer feel appreciated! The chime itself is exactly as the picture shows and I look forward to hanging it outside next season. The only sort of less than excellent thing I have to say about the actual product is the sound of the bell is a little less resonant than I had hoped (the sound doesn't linger that long and sounds a bit dampened). But that being said, I would definitely buy this product again for myself or as a gift for family and friends!

Took a long time to arrive. I ordered it for summer season and it came Autumn..LOL..anyway, I think it’s really cute! I’m happy!
