Does it fit 2010 expedition xlt

I would have to say yes. It fits our 2017 and the model says it fits 2007-2017. We have an XLT EL. We love these mats. Got them for the entire vehicle.

Does this fit with backseat captain chairs?

Yes, there is a cutout that you remove is you have the bench seat for the middle row. Mine for great with the 2nd row captains chairs.
