Q: Can i use this on plastic bumpers

I have used this on plastic,fiberglass and metal with no problems

Q: How quickly does this filler dry? 1hr, 2hrs or more?

I used it on a cold day, so is temperature dependant, but I left for 2 hours, and was OK to sand etc. Saves messing around with filler and hardener, easy to apply, and smooth finish. Take your time,
