Just what the drive doctor ordered!
I had purchased a refurbed Thecus NAS, and the knuckleheads secured the drives with only one screw each. Since they are in hot-swap trays, I couldn’t use just any screw. These fit perfectly, flush with the rail sides - the drives are now secure, and the trays slide without interference!

Great Hard Drive Caddy Replacement Screws
I picked up a Thunderbolt Quad-Bay Enclosure, and it didn't have any screws included with it for the hard drive, these ended up being my replacements. They were a perfect fit and allowed the hard drives to fit perfectly and work as expected. Worth it to save you a trip if you're not close to a computer store.

Finally got my product
After reordering after a 2 week delay in my first order that never came, I finally got the screws in the mail. They fit well, but it would have been really nice to have them when I first ordered them.

These do not work in a NAS such as Synology
These will not work in a Synology NAS as they do not sit flush when fully seated. The screw head catches when inserting into the NAS, will use them for other projects.

Works with 3.5" HDD caddy for Dell PowerEdge R730XD
Good value for money at under 6 bucks. I used these to screw in 3.5" hdds to the R730XD caddies. They have a flat top which allows you to slide the caddies in and out without issue. The screw aren't flimsy and should hold up for a long time.

Working Great in Supermicro Chassis
Bought some of these and some SSD caddy screws for my Supermicro CSE-836 12-Bay HDD and 2-Bay SSD drive caddy's and they are all working as intended. All three bags I purchased had extra screws in them.
