Great set for a person who used to bite their nails. I’m in my 40’s now, haven’t bit my nails since I was in high school yet that childhood trauma ruined my nail beds. If I keep up with the routine from this kit my nails grow longer and don’t split. The base coat or ridge filler is literally the BEST product ever! Once a week I soak my nails, push back cuticles and apply each step… then I just keep all 3 on my nightstand and reapply the last two steps each other night before bed. You could use color over the base but I like the natural look this set leaves

I love the ridge filler... it seemed to repair my nails even after I removed the polish. Also love that it makes color polish last a full 7 days! I took before photos of my nails but you can't really see the damage in the pics, or I would share.

I liked this at first but after doing daily dishes top coat lifts. Keep out of water and look great is not an option for me.
