So, I bought the 4KOR Fireball a year ago (June 2022). After I got it, I didn't start using it at all. It just sat around. In my use case scenario, I am a side sleeper and whenever I don't use my knee pillow to prop in-between my legs, my spine is not straight and aligned and so I have lower back pain the next day. I don't always like using the knee pillow despite it being TOTALLY EFFECTIVE because I'm not used to having a pillow in-between my legs when I sleep and it seems to keep me up longer and also prematurely waking me up in the middle of the night sometimes. But NO DOUBT, the knee pillow DOES WORK for me when I decide to use it. So, fast forward to 2023, I started using the 4KOR Fireball a few months ago for the first time. What I do is lay out my yoga mat, place the 4KOR Fireball on the yoga mat (SEE PICTURES), and then I carefully lay back where the 4KOR Fireball is rolling / rotating and massaging across my entire lower back area and I switch the Fireball to work on both hips areas where I also have pain. MAN! LET ME TELL YOU! THIS FIREBALL REALLY, REALLY WORKS!!! It massages the lower back and hips. YEP, there's PAIN, but that's the Fireball working out the tenseness I am feeling, thus the pain. After that, I feel pain relief. Typically, I will use the ball before going to bed if I don't wanna use my knee pillow. Sometimes, I may use it after I get up. Either way, it's VERY EFFECTIVE! Now, besides the knee pillow, this is another way to work out and relive lower back and hip pain for myself. This was definitely worth the money. The only regret was using it 8 months after I bought it and not using it SOONER for therapy tension pain relief. The 4KOR Fireball is a very hard rubber with no give at all. You can't squeeze it or anything like that. It has ridges on the ball (SEE PICTURES). It's a solid ball at 3.2 inches in diameter and should last indefinitely. HIGHLY , HIGHLY RECOMMENED! :-)

After using my friends I had to buy one for myself. I love the gym so I’m always sore. This is amazing for quads, glutes lower back relief.

My dog chewed the rubber coating off. !/4 inch down there is just a plastic ball. I used it on my shoulder and found it helpful at least until my dog got ahold of it.

I was looking for one of these for a while to massage around my scapula, mid traps & rhomboid area's & this works perfectly. And if I accidentally leave this one out or on the floor I don't have to worry about my dog chewing it death either (LOL) because this ball is made extremely well & durable!
