The Jetpik Solo is a really amazing product that has changed my whole idea about what it means to have clean teeth and a fresh mouth. You can use it straight out of the box, and the whole design and build quality just oozes finesse and functionality. My mouth has never felt so invigorated and I actually look forward to using it at the beginning and end of every day.I travel a lot and the whole travel pack is also really well put together and portable. The jetpik function is also really gentle but very effective, getting in at all the places a normal electric brush couldn't.The concerns a few people have voiced about the battery have definitely not materialized for me - its power is steady and lasts a long time.The people who created this product definitely know what they are doing. Fully recommend to anyone who is serious about having clean and beautiful teeth (and tongue too).

The water jet itself works fine (I have a JP50 also) but the main failing of this is the charging mechanism. Initially, I find it annoying that I have to remove the top to charge - one more step that the JP50. And then, after a couple of months, the charge cable that you insert into the top is rusting. A rusty device it not something I want shooting water into my mouth. Plug in charging for a device that it used in the bathroom is just bad design and it's very surprising to me as they got it right the first time with the contact-less charging on the previous model I bought.The jet itself works great and I gave a 5* review for the JP50. Don't buy this one - get the contact-less charging versions.

I have had this just over 6 months and the power button has ceased to work. I wrote JETPIK on their website contact form several weeks ago and no one has responded. I wrote again today and I'll update this if I hear back from them.When this was working, it was a wonderful addition to my oral health. I was really impressed how many particles it would loosen even after having just brushed.Update: As stated above, I wrote to them using the "sales" email address listed on their website and received a speedy response. They apologized for the broken unit, confirmed a 2 year warranty and after confirming my Amazon purchase, I received notice that a new unit had shipped. All this occurred in the same day and before the original of this review posted. A+Update, 7-26-19, received a new handle and it works great. Very good customer service. I'm sure the first request I sent was somehow missed or over looked, however, once I contacted them via email, the communications was wonderful.

I like the fact that it is portable. I've taken it on a trip and will be doing so again. It's great that it has both the water jet and the toothbrush, so I don't need to take two products on a trip. The jet works fine. My ONLY complaint is that it never seems to get back up to the full "four blinking lights" after recharging. But, it doesn't need to be recharged that often so, I'm happy with it.

This is the best oral care product I've used. It leaves my mouth feeling incredibly clean every time.The brilliant design is so compact; way less bulky than the other water flosser I had before. I used to not be able to bring my water flosser when I travel, but now I can bring the Jetpik anywhere.I especially recommend this product for anyone who wears braces. The water pressure is so powerful (without hurting your gum) that it really cleans all the hard to get to places. You won't be able to achieve the same level of cleanliness with a regular flosser.Overall I am very happy with my Jetpik. It is a great value at this price.-----Amy Zhao

I really love the concept of Jetpik products, and I appreciate a lot of the innovative features.I read reviews saying that some people love it and others feel disappointed about Jetpik’s quality and reliability. I am often concerned about the quality and reliability of most electronics rather than at their prices. However, my 2-year old Waterpik has started leaking, so I need to replace it. I decided to give Jetpik JP210 + 2-Pack nozzle + PowerFlosse Cartridge 10-Pack a try for my family because JP210 is the latest model. I crossed my fingers and hoped it would work. So far, I have used JP210 for 1 week. Unfortunately, the battery doesn’t seem to work properly. I have had to charge it frequently (every two to three days) and I only use it twice a day. This could get worse soon per my engineering sense. On the other hand, I don’t have the similar issue with our Philips Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrushes at all. Totally, I bought 4 sets of Sonicare for my family several months ago. We often charge them every 10 to 15 days. Besides, one floss cartridge didn't work properly so I needed to replace it. Overall, this is a great invention but it needs much more engineering improvement. I would like to return this.

Like it when it works. Unfortunately, if used very regularly, it works only for short periods of time and then has to be replaced. Cheaplly built. Good idea but poor execution and engineering.

I have been very happy with my Jetpik P210 Solo and have used it everyday including throughout all my travels. Just in the past week the hand piece no longer is able to hold a charge for more than one application. It has been over two (2) years so I wonder if this is expected and I need to just suck it up, or if it continues to be under warranty, or perhaps if I can purchase just a replacement battery.
