Bruising started improving within two days of taking this vitamin. Easy with just taking once a day! Honestly surprised it worked that well and that quickly.

It's effective for me! For years I would get ugly bruises on my arms/legs & not remember what I had done to cause them. It seemed that a strong wind could create a bruise on me. I started taking this everyday and the brusing went away after about 1 month. After some passing of time, I stopped reordering the product (lazy human?) & within a couple of months I started finding bruises again. Needless to say, it's on auto-ship now.

I have used it for a month or so and have not seen a change in my skin. Maybe it takes longer? I also am using the Zac’s cream. I have tried other brands and have not seen a big difference with any of them. 😢
