If I could give it a zero I would or a -5
UAE recipes? Lol if Arabic sausage eggs and zaatar toast is Emirati then I should really question my khaleeji heritage. If you want authentic real emarati food stay away from this book. It’s so laughable it’s almost offensive. Thanks Alli Allen for literally the worst recipe book I thankfully returned.

A very disappointing production, Black and white photos look as if they came off a photocopier. Amateur production though cover seems impressive.

Well, the recipes themselves look good, but for the price the book is very thin, and it's all in black and white. Otherwise, I would have given it 4 stars.
