Easy, goog looking, and great coffee
It’s easy to use, it looks great on my counter, and most importantly the coffee is delicious. I never thought I could have Turkish coffee this good or easy at home without the old school methods. Very happy.

Fast and delicious.
Easy to use and extremely fast, great tasting Turkish coffee. You have to use it few times to get the measurements to your liking. If the cup had a spout, pouring coffee would be easier. Great product.

Beko Turkish Coffee Maker has become totally useless
Our Beko coffee maker does not work anymore. We typically put enough water for just one Turkish coffee cup (sometimes 2), so overfilling it is out of the question. The machine takes 6-7 minutes to presumably heat the water, but in effect the water stays lukewarm. At that point it beeps and the light on the switch turns pink. It is not possible to make coffee with it. Hence, it is completely useless. The reviews show a near 20% complaint rate for similar problems, which is totally unacceptable. One review includes a reply from Beko USA with the "[email protected]" email address for technical assistance; however, emails I sent to that address were returned by the Beko email server with the following comment: "Your message couldn't be delivered because delivery to this group is restricted to authenticated senders."If anybody from Beko technical service is reading this, please let me know of a way to contact you that works. Any help on this matter will be much appreciated.

Just bought a 2nd one
Oh I actually bought a similar Turkish coffee machine while I was visiting Istanbul and living overseas, but when I returned to the US I needed one that's 120v so I bought my first Beko machine in 2017. I use it to make up to two Turkish/ Arabic coffee cups (small). It's been working great. I used it almost daily, except for the last 2 years up to a week ago when my dad visited me in the US. We made Turkish coffee every day for the last week, during his visit. He was impressed with the quality of the coffee and foam on top. At my dad's request, I purchased the 2nd one for him, which arrived today. We tested it; it worked just like the one I've had since 2017. It's consistently awesome. I highly recommend.

Quick, easy and tasty
Bought this because I miss my Turkish coffee and due to me being at work and not able to stand over a burner and wait while my Turkish coffee brews this thing came in extremely handy. Coffee was hot and tasty just like back home. After trying it out for a week I’m definitely thinking about buying another one for my elderly father since he can’t stand by a stove for too long because of his health. All he has to do is put in his coffee set it and wait for that beep

Awesome coffee, but not the most reliable coffee maker.
This is our 4th Beko coffee maker. Each one lasts about 18 months on average then dies a slow death. However we love the taste of the coffee so much, that we keep buying Beko since no other makers come close in flavor. When you reach the 18 month mark, your maker will start having problems. First, you learn to clean the "eye" after every 5-6 cups, then 3-4 cups then each cup. You unplug it, wait, plug back in, clean again and nothing works.... time for a new one.WHEN it works, it is an wonderful machine. But it will die and you will be forced to get another one. If they would spend an extra couple of bucks to build a solid, long lasting product, it would deserve 5 stars. Until they do, it is only a 4 star machine.
