Just what I needed
My daughter and I drink lots of water. The only place that I could buy a filter for my 12-year-old refrigerator locally had gone out of business and I hated buying bottled water. These cost the same as I was paying for one and they work just as well. By the way I live outside the city limits and we have hard well water.

Not sure if it is working.
I bought 3 of them. After installing one of them and flushing the line I tested the water and it was at 460ppm. I tested the tap water and it was 420ppm. Not sure what it is filtering? Other brands I have used reduced what the tap water reading was.

Didn’t work
Did not work in my fridge even though it was listed as a replacement. Thank goodness my money was refunded when I returned them. Return shipping was free which was a nice perk.
