L'Oreal Paris Skincare Revitalift Bright Reveal Facial Cleanser with Glycolic Acid, Anti-Aging Daily Face Cleanser to Exfoliate Dullness and Brighten Skin, 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I have been trying many many products that promised "skin-whitening" because I always get patchy skin and for some reason there is some discolorization on some parts of my skin. Most products I used were from Asia and it is always hard to determine the safety of the product or all the ingredients. So I decided to try out a brand name that has always been a favorite of mine - L'Oreal. I tried out this cleanser first and I have to say that this is the first one that makes me see results in a short time. This cleanser is seriously powerful and is very effective in exfoliating the outer layer of my skin. Right after using it, I can feel that my skin is smoother and, in fact, more evenly toned. I use this cleanser with an electric face cleanser brush that has become my new favorite toy. It helps get this product dispensed deeply into the skin and leaves it feeling clean and fresh. After cleaning my skin, I apply pure almond oil while the skin is still wet and it helps absolutely to not have my skin dry out quickly. (Any other carrier oil would work great too, like coconut oil or apricot oil) After my skin is dry, I then use the night moisturizing lotion from the same brand line and I am not exaggerating, my skin feels and looks better than it ever has before. This product works because it contains glycolic acid, which is derived from sugar cane and has an exfoliating, skin-peeling effect. It also helps to reduce skin discolorization which is great for age spots. However, BECAUSE of the skin-peeling effect, it's important to make sure your skin is sufficiently moisturized. Some reviewers talk about dried out skin after using this product and indeed, that could happen. But, as I wrote in here, I believe that the trick is to trap the moisture with an oil. I do get dry skin after using almost any cleanser, no matter what brand, but since I trap the moisture by massaging an oil into my still damp skin, it has never happened again. It also doesn't diminish the effect of the glycolic acid. And, because this cleanser helps peel the old dead skin on your face, it's perfect for applying oils or moisturizers or serums, because the skin can absorb these things exponentially more, when it's not blocked by old skin. I am 100% convinced that L'Oreal has a winner product here and it's one that you can see visible results in as short as one week. I tank that however depends on how often you use it, once a day, twice a day, every other day etc. I have been using this twice a day and my skin has improved tremendously. Also, since using this, I have a lot less issues with blackheads. The exfoliating ability of this cleanser has made a big difference in my appearance and I will keep using it and buy the other whitening products from this line.

This is such an effective product for exfoliating. Gentle enough for my very sensitive skin. After using my skin feels so smooth and makeup glides on and looks better. Use it 3times a week.

The Bright Reveal face wash are the first step in the Revitalift regimen. This 5 oz of a salt scrub feeling cleanser. It has an attractive front so if it's left on my bathroom counter I don't mind. I do wish it came in a two pack at a discount. I have been taking into the shower with me then pulling it out at night to use it again. The quality is nice and feels like a true face cleanser with a nice subtle scent. It's best to use this before the Revitlift pads then followed with the day/nighttime moisturizer. I am also been using the Revitalift day moisturizer that has SPF 30. It seems gentle enough to use every day, I've actually been using it morning and night with no ill effects after 2 weeks. My experience after using the Revalift is that my skin has looks and feels healthier. It has a renewed radiance & glow. I feel like I have my pregnancy glow back without being pregnant. I would recommend this product to anyone mid to late 30's and up. I received the Revitalift Bright reveal skin care line from L'Oreal, in exchange for my honest review.

I do not need anything anti aging just yet but that doesn't mean my skin couldn't use a little bit of help. Truth is i have flaky, patchy red spots with uneven tones and to top it off my skin is very sensitive. So yes i needed some help after proactive wasn't really helping and bare minerals was starting to seem too gentle that i added a very abrasive cleanser a few times a week. I have been using this scrub for a little bit over a week and i really love it. The scrub smells like oranges and has really big micro beads. I thought this was going to cause more redness and more peeling but it did not. My flakyness has been reduced to just a spot of two and i do not see any red spots around my nose or cheeks. This scrub has left my face feeling smooth and soft. I must have forgotten what smooth felt like because my first and second time using it i was in awe afterwards . I realized how long it had been since my face felt like this and decided to keep on using it with the rest of the line everyday. I can honestly say if you have dry sensitive flaky red skin this is worth a try. It's not overly abrasive but your skin feels so clean, it's like you can feel your skin breathing after washing with this scrub. The bottle says do not use on eyes. I did not use this around my eyes at all but sometime during rinsing i did get a micro bead in there and it really really stung! So be careful... I ended up rinsing my eye for five minutes to get it out because the beads do not dissolve. This is a good sized bottle and you only need to use an amount about the size of a dime so it will last a long time even if using it twice a day. I did receive this product from loreal paris and bzz agent for the purpose of giving my honest review. Having received this at no cost has not influenced my experience or review of this product.

I honestly can’t say I’ve seen any difference to my skin, I have normal/combination skin. It just feels soft after wash and that feels good.

El producto es excelente como rutina de cuidado, incluso para pieles secas y sensibles (mi caso), siempre y cuando no se utilice diariamente como la marca recomienda. De 2 a 3 veces por semana es ideal. Sí buscas resultados especializados, éste no es el producto, pero si lo que buscas es un exfoliante gentil y que realmente funcione ¡es buena opción!

Mi piel queda mucho más suave y me ha ayudado a disminuir algunas manchas. Muy buen producto.
