Give to my dogs to improve their coats. It works. Makes their fur shiny and soft. They love it. It arrives on time and is well packaged.

My vet recommended this for my senior dog when she started refusing her usual fish oil capsules. It seems like a great product (based on ingredients), but has a very strong smell of rosemary. My dog will eat it, but not consistently (she is a senior and has become very picky in her old age). I get less good refusal when I cut open her usual fish oil capsules and squeeze it over her food so I'm wondering if it's the smell that she doesn't like (or the taste given how strong the rosemary smell is). My other dog eats it without any problem so If your dog isn't incredibly picky, you might have better luck.

I've been using this EFA oil for my small do for over 6 months now. It's put the shine back in his fur and he loves the taste. I feed him freeze dried raw food, so he needs some natural oils in his diet. I don't give him a huge amount but he licks it off the bowl most days. And it's got the added benefit of helping his eliminations and heart health too. I've tried other pet oils but they often smell bad themselves or end up making his skin and coat smell bad. This one has not so far.

I have a 120lb older ridgeback. All his life he has run in the desert here in Arizona. As he got progressively older, he developed more arthritis with some back and hip dysfunction. It got to the point where he was so stiff he could barely get up and walk. Our walks became sedentary and very slow. My Vet suggested this fish oil and within 1 week I could see he was moving about much better. Within 2 weeks he had more energy and was able to run ahead during our walks. This is admittedly expensive but the comfort it provides and the increase in my dogs ability to function is dramatic. This is surely worth a try if you have an old dog with arthritis.
