All the vitamins you need, especially formulated for women; in 1 bottle.
I had been looking for a multi vitamin specifically designed for women as I have pcos and wanted to stop having to take multiple bottles of vitamins in one day from the rows of vits lined up in my cupboard to alleviate my symptoms. I wanted to take just one vitamin with all the minerals & natural nutrients within one gulp! I've definitely found that vitamin with Essential life woman multi vitamin. I can now chuck away the 8 different bottles of vitamins I had, as I now have everything I need in this 1 bottle, even all the B vits are there, which I definitely need right now after a recent promotion which means I'm working 10-12 hrs a day. When the bottle of vitamins arrived I was surprised at how huge the bottle was, at 500 ml the sizing is so generous it will easily last you over a month. I wondered how I was going to measure the right dose daily, until I saw the measuring cap over the lid with the ml marked clearly, so you never take more than is necessary. With 147 active ingredients, I thought it would taste chalky & sour, but it tastes like sunny delight california flavour & went down smoothly with no after taste at all. I've been taking the vits for 2 weeks now & I'm already feeling the benefits, as I have more energy&I've noticed the inflammation caused by my pcos has subsided as the swelling on my stomach has gone down. I'll be ordering another bottle on pay day stocked up, before I run out!

Essential Life Review
I have been looking for supplements to take for some time, but I have struggled to know what Vitamins are right for me. So when I saw this one that is specifically formulated for women and it has 147 multivitamins in liquid form I was sold. It arrived the next day and I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted sweet and did not leave an aftertaste. I have already noticed weight loss and my energy levels have improved within 2 weeks! The only side effect I noticed was some stomach discomfort in the first few days. So I started diluting the mixture with water and reduced the amount I was taking to 10ml and that seems to have done the trick. I'm very pleased with the product and I take it daily as part of my morning routine. I would certainly recommend it to other women and will be purchasing it again.

Women’s elixir of vitality and glow!
Really like the natural ingredients in this. The drink is very energising, I can feel it being absorbed quickly and the vitamins kicking in. I bought this to help with hair growth too and I can see more finer hair coming through so very helpful. Alongside my hair care routine. Just have to keep remembering to take it everyday! It tastes like a tropical flavour and easy to drink. Would recommend if you have a busy lifestyle and need to quick pick me up before starting the day! Better to have on an empty stomach first thing for max absorption!

Everything you need in one bottle - yes please!
When I started using this product I felt so tired and drained. The hope for me was that this multivitamin would give me a boost and help me to feel more energetic on a daily basis. I have to say I feel great! After a couple of weeks using the multivitamin, which is in liquid form, I am feeling more awake in the mornings, and throughout the day I am not as tired. It has a fresh mango flavour and there's nothing like taking your morning fruit shot to kick-start the day. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for something that will give you all you need in one bottle.

Great for getting all the vitamins snd minerals in one shot!
The taste was surprisingly good. Didn’t leave a w after as some of the other liquid vitamins do. Really pleased with being able to get a daily dose of required nutrients without the hassle of taking multiple vitamin tablets and capsules.

This multivitamin is for women AND men alike
This is a good liquid multivitamin. One of the best in the market. Reason why I bought it. The one star goes for the advertisement. This product is not specific for women, despite the ad and some ill informed reviews But please, don't take my word for it . Compare the vitamins and minerals in this product with other liquid multivitamins. You will see how similar they are. Example: Swedish Nutra Multivitamin Liquid - Pack of 500ml, 33 Day Supply versus Essential Life Liquid Vitamins for Women Swedish multi liquid vitamin for everybody and this 'designed for women" product contain per 15 ml: vitamin A palmitate beta carotene 800 micrograms vitamin C ascorbic acid 500 mg vitamin K2 75 micrograms vitamin B9 (folic acid) 400 micrograms acid folic is in many situations more important for women, especially pregnant women. Yet, the amounts are the same you will find in the multiliquid vitamin which is for everybody. Zinc 7 (gluconate) 7 mg Zinc is typically considered more important for men yet the amounts are the same. Then, there are the extra ingredients. This "designed for women' product has a very small amount of aminoacids which are in no way whatsoever specific for women. Every human being in the planet needs those very same amino acids. The second extra is a blend of herbs and fruits.Again, nothing there is specific for women or would benefit women more than men. Not even cranberry, well known for its role on urinary tract infections. This for two reasons.1. UTI are much more common in women but are not exclusive to them. 2 Cranberry is beneficial on prostate health as shown by randomised clinical trials. Women don't have prostate. It is a gland that only men have... The Swedish multivitamin also has extra ingredients. It has spirulina, alfafa, broccoli, green tea etc. Just like the Essential Life product. It has much less fruit extracts but fruit extracts in the ‘specific for women” product such as Goji berry, Acai, bilberry, pomegranate etc are in no way more beneficial to women than to men. If anything, one of the fruit extracts benefits men more than women: Pomegranate. It is good for men and women's hearts and circulation but it is also good for men’s prostates, as shown by clinical studies. Essential Life has 72 trace minerals. The Swedish product has 72 trace minerals…. I wonder if this product was manufactured by the same lab and sold to different companies which added some ingredients and marketed their products according to their sales department instead of following the science. Actually, there is another 'specific for women" multivitamin on Amazon, Nutrality Ultra Multivitamin for Women, 500 mL Liquid Supplement, which seems to have exactly the same extra ingreditiens that this Essential life has. And there is a liquid multivitamin, not labeled as "specific for women' , which is also very similar to this product and, obviously , to the Swedish vitamin. The cherry on the cake is the video where a nutritionist lists spirulina and BCAA among the “really good ingredients” of Life Essential multivitamin She says that Spirulina contains 26 times more calcium than milk and all essential aminoacids including BCAA, which helps with exercise . Yes,BCAA helps with exercise but the amount of BCAA in this product is much less than the recommended dosage according to clinical studies. A woman who is average size would need something like 3 to 5 grams of BCCA but this product contains only 1.5 grams of aminoacids , not BCCA. They don’t say how much of the 1.5 grams are BCAA . Even if the 1.5 grams were only the three BCAA aminoacids ( it is not) then it would not be enough to make a difference. “Spirulina composition may vary according to the culturing conditions, and the methods of analysis” Spirulina has 468 mg of calcium per 100 g according to a Mexican study. Other sources indicate a much smaller amount . According to the US Department of Agriculture spirulina has about 120 mg of calcium per 100 g. 2% fat milk has 126 mg of calcium per 100 g according to the same US Department of Agriculture. Where on Earth did that nutritionist found that spirulina has 26 times more calcium than milk? Actually, I watched the video again just to be sure. She really says 26 times. I asked the seller and their source indicated is just a blog where the author doesn’t substantiate her claim. The USDA has the most comprehensive data on food nutrients in the world . Their data is widely used. According to them, 100 grams of spirulina have just about the same amount of calcium you will find in 100 ml of semi skimmed milk, which has about 120 mg of calcium. All these websites listed down here inform that 100 grams of dried spirulina has as much calcium as 100 ml of semi skimmed milk. And this fact doesn't take into account the delivery system. It's very easy to drink a small (200 ml) glass of milk but one would need to take 400 capsules of most spirulin 500 mg supplements to get the same amount of calcium present in a small glass of semi skimmed milk. Say the 26 times claim is reliable. Then you would need only 15 capsules per day... Diet and Fitness Today Our Everyday life Medical News Today Antenna France Nutrition Value Souper Sage spirulina of especially high quality (unlikely to be found in multivitamins…) used in some clinical studies has about 5 times more calcium than semi skimmed milk. This the highest amount presented in health websites and clinical studies. The reason why I chose this Life product over the Swedish multivitamin is that the Swedish product has stevia and I never use sweeteners, even the so called natural ones. But now I am wondering if this product has stevia but they just didn’t list it. They claim that this product can be used as a pre natal vitamin but most pre natal vitamins have folate (which is so important for pregnant women ) instead of the cheaper, less efficient acid folic which you will find in this product. In addition, some pre natal do have iron. This one doesn’t. In a brief: It’s a good product but it is not specific for women and if you are thinking about using it as a pre natal multivitamin then you will need to take extra folate and maybe iron. I compared about 15 liquid multivitamins on Amazon UK and iherb. Nature’s Plus Gold liquid could be the very best liquid multivitamin in the market. It has far more extra ingredients than Essential Life and the Swedish liquid multivitamin together. It costs more but the amounts are good for the most part and you could easily take just half a dose per day, what would make the product last 60 days. This way, the American product would end up being cheaper than the other two I mentioned. So, why I didn’t order that one instead? I checked and found out where things went wrong. I thought it had xylitol but it doesn’t. It is the children’s Gold liquid which has xylitol. I compared about 15 different liquid multivitamins before buying this one and that information got lost in the process. The amount of vitamin C in the gold product is too small but vitamin C is so important that it’s worth take one of the few excellent options out there such as the Vitablossom liposomal liquid C or the new Life Extension vitamin C , which is not available in the UK yet.
