Very lovely appearance right out of the box. Packaged very well with foam all around. Unfortunately this product does NOT fit a double roll of toilet paper such as Kirkland brand from Costco. However, it will at least fit 4.5” wide rolls, unlike just about every other two-roll holder on Amazon.Fortunately, as an avid do-it-youselfer, I was able to modify this unit with not too much effort. Since the holding rod is mounted to the base with two screws, I was able to remove the back one, rotate the rod around (outward), then drill and tap another hole, thus bringing the rod about another 3/4” out allowing double rolls to fit! (M4-.7 x 5mm flat-head Phillips drive screws if you're wondering)Another small downside is the all brass construction; though nice and heavy, brass is relatively soft, and scratches easily. I’ve already noticed fine scratches in the top after just one day of use.Finally, this product looks great installed and secured fairly well to the wall with the hardware provided, but one good grab from a toddler on an empty rod and the plastic drywall anchors are coming out. If you have small children, I highly reccommend upgrading the mounting hardware before installiing.

The brass is beautiful. However it's very difficult to install the screws from beneath the holder. The other problem is, the toilet tissue will not stay on the holder when you pull the toilet tissue. It slips right off because the hole of the toilet tissue roll is much larger than the holder bars.

Solide, sobre, efficace et de bon goût. Seul hic : la clé Allen fournie complique fortement une installation par ailleurs plutôt simple. Elle devrait être AU MOINS trois fois plus longue.

Heavy duty for sure. Doesn’t fit Costco toilet rolls initially, but after removing a few sheets it’s good to go. That’s the reason for the 4 stars.
