requested twice for a return… been almost 15 days, no response
design is really good but the packaging should have been more durable as the product is too fragile

Earthen pot which is amounted to 990/- is too much expensive.
This is too much for an earthen pot. Plus build quality is poor. Handles also have cracks so whoever selling it charging too much for such a poor quality product.
