Da ich/wir sehr viel asiatische Küche auf dem Speiseplan haben teilen mein Sohn und ich uns dies Gastro-Größe. wir werden die Soße in mehrere kleine sterile Schraubflaschen umfüllen. Wenn ich vergleiche was diese Soße in einer anderen Größe pro 100 gr kostet habe ich wohl alles richtig gemacht

I have bought this many times now. The quality is first class. I open the tin and decant the contents into plastic containers which I put in the coldest part of the fridge. Keeps for ages. The only way to buy Hoi Sin if you use a lot of it.
