I really like these little pills. It did take about a week to ramp up to the recommended dosage. I spread them out over three meals and have been happy with the results. More energy, easy to swallow, and a great value. I love the quality of Dr Mercola's products.

I have taken spirulina and chlorella on and off for some years. The usual way of dispensing is through small pills the size of small baby green peas. This is a larger version with good performance. HOW THIS COMES This comes in a glass bottle with bubble wrap on it. I appreciate that as it keeps them fresher and protects better from moisture. SIZE The size of these tablets is about double the size of a typical aspirin tablet. It is not hard to take. ANY ISSUES? I have not had any issues swallowing these, no digestive upsets, no burping or other reactions from taking these. DO THEY HELP? These do help contribute to energy and support during the day. I take them to help with muscle formation and inflammation too. THE BOTTOM LINE These are easier to take if you prefer fewer tablets vs many tiny tablets. MY RATING FIVE STARS. These are nice and I am glad to have them. I appreciate them being in glass and would consider a repurchase in the future.

Helps me detox and get over colds. Plus I love the Mercola brand-very reliable. Easy to swallow and barely noticable smell, you have to intentionally try to smell it, Imo

I've been suffering from some knee and foot pain, so I wanted to see if there were any homeopathic treatments that could help. I learned about spirulina and decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad with Dr. Mercola's spirulina and it's organic. I wish I paid more attention to the nutrition label that says 1 serving is 4 tablets, which means each tablet is 500 mg. Thankfully the tablets are not very large and they're easy to swallow. I've been taking them for about 1 week now and I feel pretty good. It may just be my mind wanting to believe it, but I do feel my pain has decreased in the morning. After I first wake up and put my foot on the ground for the first time, it doesn't seem to hurt as much as it did before. My hands also feel better and less numb then before. I can't say this is all from the spirulina, but I feel better so I'll keep taking it.
