It's a very good product. No need to buy greasy cream that would make you noticed. This product not only reduce the inflammation but also do something that is the most important which is to " shrink" the vein. I used it in a few days i see the change. I hope it is forever. ON the other hand, hemorrhoid is often caused by those who stay too long in the bathroom and keep pushing the pooo whereas they didn’t have a strong necessity to do it now. When I was in high school, a professor recommends his teenage students to use bathroom to try to push poooo even if they don’t have so when they are outside, they won’t need to use the bathroom. This was what the professor said he does every morning before he come to his classroom. So far use 1 bottles but don't see any improvement, try to return but it's not accepting, just waste off money, don't get fooled by 90 days return policy if it's not working! Thanks to get screwed again!

I will admit, I was very skeptical. I started taking it a little more than 2 weeks ago and I am seeing results. I have had this problem for years and other than surgery I saw no hope in site. For me it took about 2 weeks to really take affect. I did see improvements after about a week and a half. But really saw results at the 2 week mark (1 bottle worth of pills). Take as directed on the bottle, 1 in the morning and 2 at night. I might try and reduce to 1 and 1 and see if the results stay. More to come later.

This product worked great for me, however they have recently JACKED up the prices over 66% since I last ordered in March 2025. Sadly due to this, I will no longer be a customer.

Maybe my husband’s hemorrhoids we just too bad and this would have worked if he had started sooner. My husband used 3 bottles of these taking more than suggested on the label after speaking to someone at the company. Unfortunately, his were so severe, he had to have surgery to relieve his discomfort. I do think if he had started using this years ago, we probably could have prevented the surgery.

I didn't believe it would really work, but followed the directions, and stayed with it. It doesn't happen overnight, but after two weeks my hemorrhoids were NOTICEABLY less painful; after three weeks, the bleeding & pain were totally gone and the hemorrhoids seemed to be shrinking; it's been 5 weeks now, and I am totally hemorrhoid-free. I will maintain with Hem Healer Defend.
