Temple Dabo (Many Treasures) Oriental Incense 120 Sticks, Blue

This is a really great incense. As with any fragrance, it is a bit difficult to describe using words, since they tend to be a bit arbitrary with describing scents. But well, I'd describe it as subtle spices commingled with an interesting kind of caramelesque (I am positive that is due to the styrax benzoin which is also an ingredient in it, but is only listed with the actual tangible item), and in a way menthol (without actually consisting of mint) scent that imparts a really interesting sensation on the nose for some reason (hence why I described it as kind of menthol-like). On top of that as well, I received the product with no broken incense at all. It's a really interesting scent that I enjoy a lot, and would definitely buy it again without hesitation when I begin to run low on it; and will also try some of the other Korean incense as well when money permits it. As well and unrelated to this product, since the company seems to deal more with tea, I received two samples of tea (which are great, by the way). I will definitely look more into their tea now as well! All in all, I am very satisfied with the product and service, and appreciate as well the added samples.

I love this incense along with other kinds from the same company makes. However, I know the price in South Korea, it seems way too high in US. It is almost double the price in Korea, and there is sales taxes added, too.

Very nice incense for meditation. It has a woodsy and very slightly savory aroma. Burns with minimal smoke and seems exactly like temple incense. Arrived in a very nice box and well-packaged with no broken sticks. Would definitely order again.

The incense is great. It's the way the genius who packed my box. All the incense fell out and many broke. 🙄 If I was the one who packed it, I'd have fastened the incense box with a rubber band. This is common sense. Not rocket science!

I realize the olfactory senses are unique to each person, and so I am certain this is simply a matter of my nose vs someone else's nose, but this did not work in my house at all.To me...this was very pungent, acrid and burned (yes, I realize you burn incense, but the smoky smell was not a pleasant smell). Almost acidic smelling. I am new to incense, but I'm looking for something creamy and spicy (like cinnamon). This was super earthy and sharp.

Nice balance. Not too "flowery". Like being in a temple. Spicier than a zen-type incense.
