The product comes very well packaged and instructions for set up are clear and precise whether it be for Apple or Windows. The product is very well made and with the added protection of a secure key so your private data cannot fall into the wrong hands should you lose the har drive. It is not cheap, but it is worth the money. Thoroughly recommend it.
