This after-market toner produces sharp images and bright and subtle colors. A great value with great performance. Why pay for manufacturer prices?

Worked ok at the beginning, but as time went on, the color really degraded, and it started printing streaks. I guess I will have to buy the true HP toner.

Great toner vs expensive brand. Word to the wise, if you have problems with lines after putting these in try installing or updating the drivers before throwing them away.

In the remanufactured toner world you are bound to get a bad cartridge now and then. How the vendor handles the replacement is the difference between 3 and 5 stars. I ordered a 4 pack of HP 312x remanufactured toner. All good for about 3 months. Then magenta and cyan toners started to leak. By August, I called the customer support number listed on Amazon. I left a message with my Amazon order number, my phone and my issue. I really didn't expected get a call back back so I vacuumed inside where I could see powder. To my surprise, customer service did called me back the that afternoon. I said I vacuumed but I have no leaking for now. Let's give it a week. May be it's fine? No sooner than I hung up, toner started to leak again. I called back the Thursday before labor day. I received a call about 2pm Friday and Valuetoner would send replace magenta and blue toner at no charge. No. I did not have to return the leakers. Today, the Sunday before Labor day at about 6pm I receievd the replacement toner - not just 2 all 4. Given the speed of replacement and the lack of hassel I suggst you give them a try. I bought this set early which left me outside the return window. Three cartridges worked without issues. The colors that worked looked sharp and clean. The magenta failed. The printer would not recognize it. I ran every reset and cleaning step. Nothing fixed it. This looks like a defect. You should order closer to when you need replacements so you can return a bad unit if it shows up.

I replaced the almost empty toner cartridges in my HP MPF M476nw printer with the Valuetoner product. They were fairly easy to install and fit perfectly. Initially I was holding them upside down, but after realizing this there was no problem. I tested the colors by printing out a colorful map, and it worked great! All four cartridges cost only $67. For that price, you'd get only one cartridge in a retail store.
