This was the best $40 ever spent. This heating pad is perfect; it’s slightly weighted, stays in place and is large enough for my whole back. The heat is even and consistent from back to shoulders. Great for neck and shoulder pain as well.

This product is way better than your traditional heating pad. It covers the whole back and shoulders, however I do wish that it was a little longer to reach my lower back. Apart from that, it gets the job done. It heats up quickly and you could adjust how hot it gets. It has a timer that automatically turns it off after a designated amount of time. The cord isn't as noticeable to me as I was expecting. I do wish that it had a vibrating feature along with the ability to get slightly hotter. Overall, it was a great purchase! 👍

I bought this heating pad in October 2025, and only had a few weeks of usage before it stopped working all together. I was out of my return window with Amazon and reached out to Renpho directly through email for some assistance. They had me send pictures and videos to them and within a few days I received a new power cord. Unfortunately the new cord threw some codes. First F2 and then F5. I emailed Miguel from Renpho back and he apologized and mailed me a new heating pad. This was the best customer service I've received ever. Especially through the holidays. I would definitely buy another one, just knowing how well their customer service is willing to work with you. Codes attached for anyone who may have discarded the user manual.

Very comfortable and heats perfectly. Love the way it is so soft. It covers the entire back does not slip down like traditional heating pads. I would recommend this to everyone.

This is a loved item!. It all started when my friend bought one for herself and then bought one for her friend and then told me how great it was. So I bought one for my husband, who loved it while sitting in bed reading upstairs, so I bought him another one to use while watching TV downstairs. He’s so spoiled! Then I told my sister how great it was, so she bought one for her husband and he loved it, She then bought her friend one for Christmas and she loved it. All these purchases took place within 3 weeks. They are warm and comfortable, especially if your back, shoulders, neck or arms need a little attention and soothing. They come in your favorite color and they shut off automatically, a great purchase!

This is perfect for my shoulders and you can use it for your lower back. Love the weight and quality of the heating pad. This is my second one because my husband needed one for work. The heat levels are perfect, from warm to hot. This meets all of the requirements I needed.

Super disappointed, I got the extra long one to do my lower back, while doing neck and shoulders, the last 6” doesn’t heat up. It’s not broken, you can’t feel the heating wires like you can in the rest of the pad, in the bottom 6”. What was the point in paying for the extra large if it’s not all going to be heated. I am loving the neck and shoulder wrap, but not happy that the entire product doesn’t heat. Totally misleading.

This thing is amazing, I've had it for about an hour and it's like sitting in a warm bath. I got the XL because I'm larger but also I want coverage of my whole back. I'd love if it wrapped around your sides a little more but I can't complain, major upgrade from those reheatable packs.
