I tried a sample of this shampoo and fell in love. I came here to buy immediately. The scent is fabulous. I have a very dry scalp and wavy curls. It’s extremely difficult for me to find hair products that are good for my hair and scalp, while being nicely scented and affordable- this one checks all the boxes. I was a little hesitant with the color and consistency at first, but I’m so glad I stuck with it. My scalp is healthy, my curls don’t get dried out and are left feeling soft. I’m on my second bottle and I will continue to be a loyal customer! Definitely give this shampoo a chance, it won’t disappoint!

I purchased this as a set with the conditioner so my review will be about the shampoo and conditioner together. Although I have thick hair, I also have very dry hair so I try to wash my hair every other day. With other shampoos, by the second day my scalp does get pretty itchy but I found with this, my scalp doesn't get as itchy and also leaves my hair still soft by end of day 2. If anything, I find that instead of washing every other day, I can even go 3 days before needing to wash again. (Yes I know it sounds gross but I tend to tie my hair back and WFH). Overall would purchase again.

If you’re looking to regrow your hair, I’ve experienced amazing results so far. Started seeing new hair growth the first week. Been using for about like a week and I’ve noticed my hair getting fuller. I have noticed a big difference even in the thickness. It also gave my scalp a good tingly-clean feeling.No more itchy scalp!! And I really enjoy the scent of this shampoo. it smells nice that's for sure. I highly recommend this product. Will definitely buy again.

There's something kind of off-putting about black shampoo. It also left a blackish ring in my bathtub. Will try to use up if I feel motivated to scrub the tub every use.

I'll start with the downside of this product: the price. It's pretty steep in my opinion considering the bottle is a bit on the small side.That said, the shampoo itself is actually really good. It's black in color which was surprising, as was the fact that just a small amount of the product yields a great deal of lather and a lot of cleansing power. It has a really nice, fresh, citrus scent, and it has a pleasant cooling effect on the scalp.The results can sometimes be a wee bit drying (though far less than I've experienced with many other shampoos), but more often than not, it leaves my hair with a good amount of volume and a very welcome decrease in shedding.So, other than the price being a bit on the high side (for me), this is a pretty great shampoo.

This shampoo is awesome. I love the way my hair feels and smells after using this shampoo. I have found that it stays cleaner longer than with other shampoos and it only takes just a little bit. My hair feels super soft and it's moisturized but not greasy at all. I love the smell, it's clean and fresh smelling. Hope this helps someone if they're on the fence about this shampoo.

I've tried for years to find a shampoo and conditioner combination that doesn't make my fine hair limp and appear stuck to my head! This does an incredible job of giving my hair volume (though it's not really a volumizing shampoo) without increasing oiliness or making it droop. The smell and appearance of the shampoo can throw you off a bit, but go ahead and try it. Takes time to lather, but worth the extra effort. The conditioner is a clear liquid, smells refreshing, and works in only 3 seconds!!! Saves me time in the morning.

There is an ingredient not listed in the description on Amazon. The product’s container declares that Human Adipocyte is also an ingredient. This is very significant to me because it goes against my morals to use it. Please look at the bottle and review the ingredients before you use it.
