Are these nozzels approx 2 inches tall or 5cm please. Thanks

5.08cm is 2 inches, so not much in it really!

How do these nozzles fit the piping bag? It maybe that’s my previous nozzles were small so the coupler doesn’t work with them

If you have a piping back where the nozzle comes in 2 parts and you screw them together then it's unlikely that they will fit. I use disposable piping bags and just cut the end to size so the nozzle doesn't slip through: I always cut a small and work my way to a bigger cut, less wasted bags that way!

Is this suitable for making Viennese whirls?

If you are making small whirls, they would do the trick!
