Looks good does job hard to assemble
It looks good. Feels sturdy enough (I wouldn’t jump on it). It’s super easy to slide out and in to make into a queen. So perfect for guest bed in my office. It was hard to assemble took me 4ish hours and it required a drill. Worth the price.

Very good bed with a few flaws
This bed is nice and sturdy but has a few shortcomings… Putting it together isn’t too hard until you screw in the slats. This is just poorly documented and they don’t make the instructions very clear at all for spacing. I had to redo several slats because they were crooked or collided with other slats on the sliding full-queen bed. It is short. This is a plus for our short-ceiling home, but it’s so short that sleeping on the lower bunk is not good for claustrophobic people. Plus I woke up a couple times in the night and smacked my head on the slats of the top bed. Ouch! The trundle beneath is good, but I couldn’t find a mattress short enough for it, so we have to lift the whole bed (it’s not that heavy) to allow the trundle to slide out. Doing it by force actually broke part of the board in front of the trundle. Grateful to have the third bed, but it’s not well designed and the trundle seems fairly fragile. Great bang for the buck, tho! Big heavy boxes and a lot of styrofoam :(

Not Worth the Money
Have you ever heard the saying that it's too good to be true? This product is a direct representation of this concept. The delivery company refused to deliver it to my home and left it in such a way that it could not be returned. The company graciously gave us thirty-five dollars to make up for hiring a moving company because of where it was left. So we had to pay for a moving company. We finally got it up the stairs and we ended up hiring someone to put it together as we had planned from other reviews. We had a professional come out and put it together for us but guess what? Ours does not extend. The outside drawer has a huge scratch on it, and it is not what I thought I was getting for my money. You get what you pay for and in this case, you should go with a more expensive product. Based on what I read I thought it would fold out but now I know that you get what you pay for! I would suggest that you buy another product. Working with Giantex though I was surprised with the kindness and ease that they were to work with. They refunded us because they went with a bad delivery company. They were quick to respond and were helpful. I wish their product was as quality as the people who work at Giantex. Though that is not why you buy things! Though I had a great customer service experience I will not be buying anything else from them.

Nightmare Assembly
Absolute nightmare to put together and doesn’t label anything you’re supposed to put together. Takes forever. Will update on sturdiness of bed as the wood was already cracked in a couple spots and doesn’t look super sturdy

Nice for small spaces & guest bedrooms
Bought this for our toy room, to accommodate occasional guests. I really like that it can use a twin mattress up to a queen. The slats help cushion and make the sleep comfortable. Using the same mattress, this is much more comfortable than our trundle bed set up. Assembly was fairly straight forward. We haven't used the drawers much yet. We have used this multiple times and love that it's compact and can be used as a day bed to sit and read when not pulled out and in use. Good value for the money.

Decent but not high quality
Bought this for our spare room. Took us a few hours to put this bed together. Directions could be better, all pics, only a few pieces labeled with letters. It has one board with a crack altho shipping box was fine so we’ll see if it hold up. One screw did not have the allen wrench screw hole punched out… not one extra screw came with this! One draw doesn’t sit a but awkward, not flush. My husband ended up finding something else that will work. Boxed bed weighted about 100 pounds, so thankfully for the UPS delivery guy for putting it in my garage then we hauled the unboxed pieces into the house. Seems stable enough but no one has slept on it yet. We did take another posted suggestion to add plywood to help distribute weight on the slats. Guests in a few wks so will update.

There are 228 pieces to make this trundle bed
I needed extra sleeping capacity for when family comes once a year for a week. No one has slept on this bed yet! I am hoping the king size part will do the trick. Not worried about the twin part. I will need to give updates after family comes in July. The twin mattress are 8 inches in height and purchased with Amazon as well as the fitted trundle bed set. Update, I had company on July fourth holiday and our company thought the bed worked out great as a king size bed. I did add 2 unIts of thin plywood for additional support over the slats. I feel good about my purchase for our needs. Hope this review helps others in deciding on this trundle bed.

Too many of one piece, too few for another
As I constructed the bed... which isn't difficult... I came across a problem. One of the pieces was mislabeled. I received three of one part and one of another, instead of the needed 2 and 2. The bed cannot be completed. I contacted the company by the email on the package instruction and via Amazon. Per the representative, to remedy the situation will take 45 business days. The product is basic and good enough, but poor customer service that renders the bed unusable for almost two calendar months is extremely poor.

Once constructed this bed is great. It’s sturdy, looks good and is functional. The one downside is the instructions are a little hard to follow. And we found we needed a couple extra tools to get the job done. A better manual and including slightly better tools would make this a 5 star product.

This product was really crash and bad quality..

You have to follow the instructions carefully and it took a while to get it put together, but it is great. The slats seem a bit further apart than I would have liked. Very happy with how it looks and how sturdy it is.
