There is no clear indication of the product voltage anywhere in the product details. When its arrive its only work in 110 voltage and not 240 voltage in uae . This is a serious electrical hazard! Why its even been shipped to a country with no compatible voltage. Further more there is no return policy!!

The item stopped working after 1 used . I was so excited to use it and happy with it the first day . 2 days after I tried to use and it stopped working at all after few mins . It doesn’t even turned on anymore . You don’t hear the hissing sound . I am very disappointed, I was excited as I wanted to buy one for my mom . I’m so pissed I couldn’t contact the seller .
