Have now bought three reasonably priced used phones from Wireless Warehouse & each one has worked well... I give them my highest recommendation!!

This is nice phone, however, the model which I bought has following issues, which potential buyers from this seller (Energy Electronics ) should be aware: 1) It is locked to AT&T - it is OK for me, since I use goPhone, but if you plan to use it at T-Mobile etc, you will have extra headache trying to unlock it.... 2) operating system is 4.4, and it is not upgradeable by carrier. So for some programs you want newer system, you will have to do some work of your own (which can take time and result in dead phone). 3) some programs do not work. For example, google photos require update of google+ and this is not done... And when I am trying to get something from Play Store, phone just reboots (however, it was possible to install programs using computer). 4) battery life was very short, around 50 min instead of 17 hours, well, cannot expect cell phone battery to keep good charge after 7 years storage... I was able to insert another battery with same voltage etc, but had to modify it a little, since size was slightly different. And of course since this phone was put on sale at 2013, many current technologies (such as USB-C) are not supported. But this is expected... If nothing above is critical for you, it is a good phone!

At first this item came defective; the microphone wasn't working correctly and made it so I couldn't be heard by the person on the other end of the line at all unless I put it on speakerphone. I ended up having to take it to get repaired, While that was a headache in itself, the seller was very responsive to my case and refunded me back what I paid for the repair. Still, would have been nice to not deal with that headache.

This was for my husband and he loves it ! Phone is very nice looking, easy to use and you can set it for larger numbers and letters if needed. I would definitely recommend !!

Came with AT&T crapware and has poor battery life, not pleased and have ordered pixel.
