I originally bought book one , read it and liked it, found it appropriate for children. Sent it to my great-granddaughter who also loved it. I bought the series but found out her mother had already bought her the series, So, I will read the rest of the books and send them on to my other great-grandchildren. It is a very entertaining read and even though mischievous, teaches good lessons. Good for ages 8 and up - I enjoyed the first book very much.

I love these books

I cannot express how much I LOVE these books. I heard about them through passing and because I've become obsessed with not missing out on good books for homeschool, immediately checked the first one out at our library. My 10 year old son was VERY apprehensive about me reading a 'girly' series to him, but he too was immediately in love and we flew though them all. ( This set was my much cherished mother's day gift.)I can't imagine anyone having regrets on reading these!!!

My grandchildren were reading book 1 for school but wondered what happened to the kids. Now they know and they are very happy.

These books were the perfect gift for my daughter. She was so excited when she got them!

This series is my 9 yr old granddaughter's favorite. It was requested for her birthday and she was very excited to get them. Whatever makes her happy, makes me happy.

We adore this book series and ours are worn out. Wanted to order them nee with the nostalgic covers advertised but that is not what came. Don't buy if that matters to you. Our local small book shop was able to source the other covers for us.

Absolutely unexpected quality from Amazon. We paid 2500 which is the full price for the original book. we received the cheap and copied roadside version / quality.
