Q: Fit all iPhones? Volume control?

No, it will not fit all iPhones. It will fit any phone with a headphone jack. However, newer iPhones (and some others) have removed the headphone jack. Look on your phone, if it is has small round headphone port, these headphones will work. There is no volume control on the headphones. You can adjust the volume by adjusting the volume on your phone.

Q: How would they work against snoring and will you be able to hear the alarm clock?

I find that they muffle sound well but do not block it entirely. I'm a very light sleeper and will still hear loud snoring or an alarm clock while wearing them. I think they are a terrific value for the price and work almost as effectively as earbuds that are ten times the price.

I sleep alone so I wouldn’t be able answer that question for you. But if you can hear snoring over sleep music, then I personally think there is something your partner/whoever it is you’re hearing snoring can do.
