This is my updated 2nd review of this Black seed Oil [BSO] after many months. Firstly, I would say that I don't feel confident about consuming this BSO, since it is not mentioned anywhere in the product that this is edible. For that I have ordered another brand's BSO. However I have consumed a teaspoon of this 4 or 5 times so far. I would not recommend this at all as there is no certainty. My main positive review on this is for its use on skin. This is an incredible oil for minor skin issues. The usual products available for skin infections are powders , aloe vera and lavender essential oil. Now while these products are effective, their main issue is with toxicity when ingested even in small amounts. I used to use lavender essential oil and Aloe Vera on my skin for any infections , rashes etc. But when they are on the hand they are not completely washed away. When eating with the hand tiny amounts of it will be ingested. These are not edible at all and may be toxic over time with repeated ingestion. I don't have this concern with Black seed oil. Very minute amounts are probably fine if ingested and that is my main reason to switch to this for skin, areas around the mouth , around the nose , in private parts and hair application. Now regarding its effectiveness I have to say it is an incredible oil against bacteria. I apply it and the next day the skin is fine. Yes , with just 1 application the results are there. Even my Aloe Vera cream does not give such strong results. The healing effect is probably due to the compound in BSO called Thymoquinone.

My purchase different kind of essential oils for my wife. I normally purchase Khadi Naturals due to both high quality and low cost compared to others. Black seed oil was not available in Khadi Naturals, so I tried this new brand and quite hesitant but trust me it is just awesome.

This oil has a rich, nutty scent that fades quickly after application. It’s lightweight and doesn’t leave my hair feeling greasy. Since incorporating it into my hair care routine, I’ve noticed that my hair feels much softer and more manageable. I had helped in reducing frizz and added shine. My scalp feels healthier, and there’s been less dandruff.
