Malice [DVD]

I love this movies. I always have since a it came out. I recommend it.

DVD in great condition delivered with care

Now this is candy for creeps. Spoiler alert! one of my favorites killing off one of my least… I would pay extra to see Alec get shot in any movie versus him killing his own crew.

A little over the top and definitely not the best thriller from that time but I think it's still entertaining. Great performances especially from Alex Baldwin and Nicole Kidman. I would probably give the movie a 3.5 if I could because some storyline are really silly

"Malice" is one of those sleeper hits that seem to exist in order for people to recommend it to each other. The low-key approach definitely suits this flick as it gets to catch viewers off-guard with what might well be Hollywood's all-time twistiest thriller plot. Just to give you a taste of what you're in for, "Malice" introduces us to a college campus being terrorized by a serial rapist - most movies would be content to stop there, but in "Malice" this is all just the first-act subplot that sets the rest of the story into motion!In similar sneaky fashion, "Malice" is also secretly the finest hour for all three of its' stars portfolios. Alec Baldwin, Nicole Kidman, and Bill Pullman have never been so compelling as they are here, before or since. And I'll stop there, because "Malice" works best when it sneaks up on you, and after it does you'll be tempted to say to the next person, "Have you ever seen that movie 'Malice'...?"

Very unusual especially for 1993 time period. If you are from or like Boston must watch. Twists and turns that are not expected. Makes you think one thing and then it isn't. Then, it is what you think and then again, WOW--it isn't. Pretty good acting as the lead role in one of Nicole Kidman's first film roles. She has grown a lot as an actress. Alec Balwin's character shady and I thought this was going to be another Michael Keaton type movie of Pacific Heights. No, it isn't. Watch it as it is not what you think. Also, Anne Bancroft is the stand out in the film. A terrific actress who should've been nominated for best supporting. Outstanding!

I had not heretofore seen this movie. It definitely flew under the radar. I took a chance and decided to watch it. I was not disappointed! This may be the best performances that Alec Baldwin and Nicole Kidman have ever given! This movie plays out like an O.Henry novel with unexpected twists and turns throughout the film. The first 30 minutes or so lead you to believe, perhaps, the movie is truly about the college dean and what may be his darker side. In fact, the movie is much more complex than that and I found that I could not quit watching. The intrigue kept mounting to a fever pitch, and delivered an ending that can only be described as profound! Do yourself a favor....if you enjoy mysteries and the challenge of guessing the true personalities of the main characters, watch this film. This is definitely a sleeper with a good plot, solid acting and a script that keeps you guessing.

One of the most Twisted yet but gotta love this movie! Awesome acting, great movie!

J ai adoré revoir ce film ! Je le conseille car c'est un excellent thriller. Les acteurs sont tops. L ' histoire vous tiens en haleine jusqu'à la fin.

Mala copia. Nicole Kidman soberbia en un trabajo fantástico donde brilla con luz de gran actriz (no de gran estrella, también). Crea un personaje y varía todo. Alec Baldwin con explosiones de carácter interpreta dignamente un personaje que no acaba de parecer que le resulte creíble. El formato DVD lo malo.

Visto su SKY TV, per la prima volta e, invece di vederlo registrato su dischetto dvd-r, l'ho immediatamente ordinato su Amazon. It. Non lo conoscevo nemmeno. Attori famosi, una Nicole Kidman acqua e sapone, anni '90, Alex Baldwin al massimo e Bill Pullman, anch'egli da me solo di recente scoperto in un altro gran bel giallo di classica struttura. Pellicola limpida, audio ottimo - ho acquistato la versione in inglese e francese; ricco di colpi di scena e solo chi e' un profondo conoscitore di questo tipo di film puo' intuirne gli sviluppi o addirittura il finale. Da compare, tenere e rivedere.
