GREAT
Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 100 mg delivers a bioavailable form of CoQ10 that’s easy for your body to absorb. Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10, which may support heart health, energy levels, and overall cellular function, especially as you age or if you’ve been told you’re low in CoQ10. These softgels are smooth and simple to swallow, and many users appreciate that they don’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Because ubiquinol is better absorbed than standard CoQ10, it’s a great choice for people wanting effective cardiovascular and energy support in a convenient daily dose. Pros: • Uses the more absorbable ubiquinol form • Gentle on the stomach • Supports energy and heart health Cons: • Higher‑strength form — typically best for consistent daily use • Supplements work gradually over time Bottom Line: A reliable and easily absorbed CoQ10 supplement that’s ideal if you want effective daily support for heart health and energy

Big, A Little Tough to Swallow
I've read a lot about ubiquinol and CoQ10 enzymes and what's best to take. This brand is frequently referred to in online literature as being one of the better brands for efficacy and absorption and recommended by Dr. Mercola for anyone over 25 years of age. It's sad to help slow the signs of aging, help with energy and heart function and efficiency. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now, and I honestly can't say I see or feel any difference, but I've been told that it sometimes takes a month or two of consistent use to feel any results. I first learned about ubiquinol when reading Success with Heart Failure (mass mkt ed): Help and Hope for Those with Congestive Heart Failure . I have the rare left-sided or diastolic heart failure, due to massive multiple bilateral pulmonary embolisms going through my heart and dilating the mitral valve. My heart doesn't rest between beats when the left side contracts and then pumps, so that I have congestive heart failure as a result. This book talks about ubiquinol and a few other alternative health and complementary medicine studies. The author says preliminary studies show that ubiquinol might have a positive effect on heart function and help congestive heart failure patients have more energy and their heart to work more efficiently. I discussed this with my doctor and he said that it can't hurt anything, but he doesn't know if it'll help anything. He left it up to me whether I wanted to try it or not. The research on this product told me that we all make or convert this enzyme in our bodies naturally, but that as we age, our ability to convert CoQ10 becomes less and less, resulting in faster aging, less energy, etc. Ubiquinol supplementation is believed to help offset some of that and improve heart function. These pills are gel covered, I'm assuming with liquid inside, and they are quite long. This makes them slightly difficult to swallow. They are red and pretty, as far as pills go, not that that really matters when you're swallowing a pill. They have no taste to them and no odor to them. If I notice anything major, I'll update this review... as for now, I'll just assume they are doing whatever they are supposed to be doing and keep taking them. They have shown no negative side effects, though, so I'll keep giving them a try.

A MUST have for femal fertility problems or female/male lack of energy.
Note that Ubiquinol is the more soluble form of CoQ10. It has been highly recommended for fertility problems in women and for those men and women suffering from extreme tiredness. Also note that it doesn't work right away...it took us a couple of months to start noticing the rise in stamina and energy, but wow has our energy increased by ten fold. We are now more active during the day and don't suffer from the usual tiredness and aches and pains associated. My husband was suffering from lack of focus and tiredness even after a full night's rest so I started doing some research to see what could help. I came upon Ubiquinol and Inositol(see my review for Bulk supplements Inositol--I have been taking myo-inositol for several months now and it's made a HUGE difference in my concentration, memory and focus and it's supposed to be fantastic for infertility problems). Currently my husband and I are taking two of these soft capsules and definitely notice the changes and rise in energy levels and stamina. Note that the changes will come slowly and after a couple of months of usage, but the change will be noticeable. He gets through work better (he is an electrical engineer in R&D so he uses his mind at full power) and has more productive days. If you are also under stress and have difficulty sleeping, I recommend the powered form of Magnesium (Natural Vitality--Natural Calm Magnesium)--one teaspoon in the morning. I have also been told to take a Zinc tablet with the magnesium for balance, so we do. These vitamins I highly recommend you take in the morning before eating anything. The magnesium I listed above must be dissolved in warm/hot water, so what I do is heat up about 1/4 cup of water, dissolve the magnesium, the inositol (for me I also take Neocell Collagen in my mix), and stir it well until it is fully dissolved using a small cup whisk. I then fill the same cup with a green mixture juice--something that has lots of green veggies and fruits in it--and use that to drink down my Ubiquinol and any other vitamins (tablets/capsules) you may want to take. Only after that do my husband and I have breakfast. You will notice right away that your energy level is up for at least the first 3-4 hours after taking the vitamins, which is why I recommend you take them in the morning and not at night (in the beginning, this bolt of energy will only last an hour or two before you start getting tired and feeling drained again. Have patience and give the vitamins at least 3 months and eat well as well as get at least 8-9 hours of rest). I had trouble sleeping when I was taking the vitamins at night even when I felt tired. The vitamins seemed to give me a bolt of energy. Hope this advice helps.
