Rooster Group 115 Heavy Duty Men's 2-Inch Wide Utility Suspenders in Black

I've been divorced twice, completely lost my butt... no way to hold my britches up. These suspenders (braces, galluses to our Brit cousins) work! Clips bite on pants and won't 'pop' loose. I use a pair on a carpenter's belt (pouches for nails, tools, hammer loop... you know what I mean)... works great! Get a pair... they're inexpensive and carry on.If I ever do get my hands on money, cash, coin... these web suspenders will keep my pants up, all the way to the bank.

Very well made and looks great. I prefer the elastic just a little more but these are very nice.

The 2" width and the not-too-stretchy straps make these perfect for me. The clips are kind of vicious. The work fine on blue jeans but they'd destroy poly dress pants. For a scrawny-butted old man trying to pack a 2# pistol on his hip, they're perfect.

More substantial then the average suspenders. The back straps are heavy elastic with some give, the fronts nylon straps. These hold up my heavier weight pants (heavy cotton / fire hose material) well, but not for any dressier slacks; the clips need something fairly beefy to grab onto.

For the first several months, these suspenders were just what I expected. However, after a while the clips started to lose their grip. Now, they sometimes slip off my pants. On occasion, the latch comes up. Other times, it stays closed. Either way, they often come off. I expected them to last longer than they did.

My dad is very happy with these - he's all belly and no backside so these bad boys keep his pants from dropping around his knees. Sturdy and yet still attractive if you don't mind being a man's man.
