Material is super soft. It has that perfect fluffy look and feel to it, it’s not flat or weighed down - it’s thick but in a lightweight way, making it breathable. It feels like that perfect inbetween of keeping you warm but also that cooling effect where you’re not too sweaty. I have had it for a few months now and have not had ANY feather leakage. Stitching is intact and sturdy between each square of down. I haven’t washed it yet, but I’ll probably bring it to a cleaners just to be safe - but it says it’s washable at home, they said removing the body oil from it frequently will keep it soft and last longer. The color is pure white. It’s perfect for that “come jump in bed” look, while also looking clean and sleek. I just bought a duvet cover to slip it in to protect it, which I highly recommend because the natural body oils and just daily use could damage it. The description was accurate, I think people get confused with the word “duvet”, but this is the comforter and the duvet cover would be the protection/ styling cover you’d place over it. Simply Divine!!!A Spring refresh for the bedroom linen & this was the first item purchased. Light- weight down is classic and so luxurious. Very “ lofty” . Will even transition very nicely to cooler fall and even winter months.The crisp, neutral color of white is always great.Well worth every single penny!A return to simple , understated classics isdefinitely my direction . And Amazon did not disappoint with the assist!

My wife was less than thrilled that I spent the money on this until she slept under it one night. We had it over a month now and we both absolutely love it! We have two large dogs and are on and off the bed. I purchased the duvet cover also. The fit is great and the quality and loft are awesome! Love this! It’s very warm!! Looking forward to the coldest nights this winter!

Love it. I would give it 5 stars if they were to eliminate "comforter" from the description. A comforter doesn't need a separate cover, and this duvet insert has corner tabs to attach it to a cover, and it definitely needs a cover. It would just slide all over the bed without one. It verges on deception calling it a comforter. That being said, it's fluffy, cozy and so warm. The bad reviews talking about "feathers" everywhere isn't the case here, yet. Not a feather in sight of the packaging, or on the duvet itself. It's definitely down, with no pokey feathers like my grand ma's feather pillows from years ago. We'll see if that comes in time, and I'll amend the review if necessary in the future. It's a little on the pricey side, but after purchasing a cover, I'm happy overall. I bought the winter weight and hope I don't regret it for being too warm. It's a great DUVET.

Very satisfied with this all season down duvet. It is lightweight but warm. Perfect comfort. I will certainly buy another for my guest room.

I just cannot belive I bought two of this crap! I am so angry at myself ignoring reviews about feather leakage issue.I end up buying two hypoallergenic duvet covers to use this. I will probably use one more season and put it in the garbage. I also submitted claim (I needed to vent my disappointment somehow) in the company website. It is warm and fluffy but feathers everywhere!!!

My favorite brand of duvet! No escaping down, fluffy and the right kind of cloudy warmth you would expect from a down duvet.

I wanted the heavy duty quilt but mistakenly order the wrong quilt. All season is more than what I need. I am keeping it. Great quality, lite as a feather but warm. I will buy another one for my extra bedroom. Love it!
